Great weekend of running!
On Friday we had Run the Runways, a great race held by Scrabo Striders Running club with a huge number of 17 members taking part. So many Dee Runners got amazing times with PB’s flying about everywhere! Great night out and greatly appreciated the lovely support team down to cheer on our runners too. It was a cracking huge well deserved beautiful medal to add to the collection. “It’s big enough to use as a coaster” ( Jo Gillam)

Our local dee mountain men are back for race 5 of the NIMRA series brought us to Watertown Wonder 10K race on Saturday 9th May with stunning views of Silent Valley and blue skies. Another amazing trail run for John Pugh and Andy Dainty in great times of 1.08 and 1.17. Brilliant efforts all round especially in all the crazy mud.
