Races
On Thursday it was the 7th race in the Hill and Dale series 2026 taking place in Millstone – Donard Forest Park (8k with a 500m climb). Well done to John Pugh and Andy Dainty completing the race in 1.00.01 and 1.03.26. Excellent running.
On Friday it was the CS Lewis 5-mile race in Belfast with our own Lewis and Gary representing the club. Gary Rolston led the way with an excellent time of 37.55 while Lewis Getty followed closely, crossing the line in 43.01. Congratulations to you both.
