Neil Martin was on his travels once again, a little bit closer to home in Kent running at the iconic Brands Hatch ex – Formula 1 racing track 10k. Great running Neil.

Andy Dainty travelled to the Mournes to compete in the NIMRA Spelga Skyline . This is a challenging mountain race circling Spelga dam with relentless steep climbs and varied terrain. Terrific effort Andy, Well done.

Park Run

Well done to our 6 Dee runners who took on park run this Saturday. Huge congratulations to Will who got an amazing PB at Bangor Park run and came 9th overall. Fantastic effort!

We have Monday social runs at 6pm meeting at the slipway suitable for all paces and abilities. On Tuesday we will have our Strength and Conditioning class at Infinity Gym in Bangor from 7.15 – 8.00pm. £5 per head or if you are already a member at Infinity Gym then its £3. Everyone is most welcome.
