Well done to Amy Burns running the Sea2Sky 10K. The race boasts an awesome route starting on the promenade in Newcastle and includes a mix of road and track before heading up through the foothills of the Mournes. Amy got an amazing time of 1:19:22. Great running! 🩵

Training
No training this Wednesday as we are all marshalling at our famous 5k Dee race. Everyone meet at 6pm at the community centre.

We have Monday social runs at 6pm meeting at the slipway suitable for all paces and abilities. On Tuesday we will have our Strength and Conditioning class at Infinity Gym in Bangor from 7.15 – 8.00pm. £5 per head or if you are already a member at Infinity Gym then its £3. Everyone is most welcome.
