Park Run
Nigel Barton took on his 282nd Park Run in Crathes Castle for the first time in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and got an amazing time of 34:55. Brilliant effort Nigel! 💪🩵🎉

Note this week’s training we are meeting at GROOMSPORT HARBOUR CARPARK at 6.15pm to run part of the Groomsport 10K route. It is getting darker so please think about appropriate reflective clothing/lights/torches/glowsticks.🔦
